This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

CRP Subsea are looking for a Manufacturing Administrator to support our Operations Team in Skelmersdale. 

This is a newly created role for the business as we look to continue growing and developing our people and our processes. You will be responsible to the day-to-day management of the data collection within the manufacturing facility. You will spend a significant amount of time on the shop floor ensuring the data capture is recorded accurately for each project using both the company ERP system and other systems as required. 

What you will do as our Manufacturing Administrator: 

  • Ensure accurate data capture of the manufacturing facility activities. 

  • Report any data gaps and work with manufacturing teams to resolve issues identified. 

  • Work with other departments to ensure that data capture set up at the start of each project is aligned to both internal and external requirements. 

  • Perform daily data input from shop floor job travellers into the company APF system (Excel-based). 

  • Complete daily reporting in the ERP system, ensuring material consumption is accurate. 

  • Create APF forms at the start of each project to ensure the correct data capture is set up from the start of the job to satisfy the requirement of the project and customer. 

  • Play a key role in developing systems and processes to improve data capture across the manufacturing facility. 

  • Carry out any other administration tasks as required by the manufacturing management team. 

What we are looking for in our Manufacturing Administrator:  

  • Ability to set up data capture documentation using Excel. 

  • Understanding of ERP systems. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. 

  • A hands-on approach to data collection. 

  • A level educated or have relevant experience in a similar role. 

  • Proven track record within a fast paced, demanding manufacturing environment. 

  • Experience of project type work with bespoke requirements. 

  • Data management / collection / reporting in a similar environment.
