Assistant Management Accountant
This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.
The vacancy
We are looking for an efficient Assistant Management Accountant to support experienced Finance Business Partners and/or Management Accountants.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the monthly close for a number Group entities
- Month end processes including preparing accruals and prepayments journals
- Supporting with preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for the delegated Group entities
- Supporting with monthly overhead analysis
- Manual reconciliation of stock materials control account across three entities within the group
- Preparing detailed labour variance analysis for all direct departments within the AIS Group
- Providing support to the local accounts payable clerk whilst UK support is unavailable
- Help improve processes and procedures
- Anything or tasks and duties which might be assigned to you from time to time
- Administrative and office management responsibilities for Malaysian office.

- English speaker
Qualifications & Experience
- ACCA/CIMA qualification (or similar) – preferred but part qualified would be considered
- Experience of working in industry roles preferred but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Advanced Excel user
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Experience of working with several foreign currencies
